Weather Pattern Tracker (midday) to Google Doc

This is the second half (midday) of a two part weather tracker (morning and midday). Morning and midday were the two times chosen because the humidity is often highest right before sunrise and the UV is usually highest around solar noon (obviously subject to change due to various conditions such as clouds, winds, etc.). The highest UV reading doesn't always happen at local noon, or even solar noon, so the time is set to 01:30PM, which is more or less the average time when UV is at its highest point in many places.
