Hourly gratitude reminder
It's very easy to complain about things in life, but what if you could develop an Attitude Of Gratitude? Every hour, pause and ask yourself "What am I grateful for right now?". It could be something that happened in the last hour, something in your life that brings you joy, something that somebody did for you. Whatever. Say it out loud, write it in a journal or phone or just say it to yourself, smile and carry on!
