The Ultimate Phone Finder - Calls phone, transcribes message w/ an alternate contact phone #
No more asking your spouse/friend to call your phone! This ruleset makes it very easy to initiate a call to your phone via email in case you're looking for it. All you have to do is send an email from the activated email address with the tag #lostmyphone as the subject, and optionally type an alternate phone number into the email body which will notify anyone who finds your phone and picks up the call. Formatting for your phone number in the body should be as so: 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1. You need to put a space in between each number so it transcribes each number instead of as one big number. The auto-generated message also includes a blurb about submitting the phones location to local L/E, which it DOESNT. This is just to "inspire" anyone who finds the phone to report the phone to the alternate phone number. The alternate number is repeated 3 times throughout the message to provide enough time to write it down. As you can see, I tried to think of everything in order to set this apart from any other IFTTT phone finder :) Send your email to trigger@recipe.ifttt.com in order to trigger.
