Forward new email in Gmail Label to Zendesk
This recipe checks Gmail for new message in a defined label, and then forwards that message to Zendesk with custom commands on how to handle the email. Click on Advanced Settings below, then edit the commands in the "Body" in the Gmail action before activating this recipe. The "To" address should be your Zendesk support email address, such as "support@mycompany_zendesk_dotcom". This will assign the ticket to the proper organization in Zendesk. Only use the email commands that you need for your Zendesk instance. Not all fields are required.
