Buttermilk pecan pie
1/2 cup dark Karo syrup 1/2 cup light Karo syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup buttermilk 3 lightly beaten eggs 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons butter 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 prepared pie crust Directions: In a saucepan melt butter with the pecans half a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and half a teaspoon of vanilla stir until well mixed. Blend sugars, eggs, rest of spices, and buttermilk in a mixing bowl. Add roasted pecans. Mix and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 1 & a half hours at 3:50. Take out let cool. Enjoy.
