Wake up on time and move the timer, or get stung on Beeminder.

Set the Day of the week for tomorrow, and the time you want to be up by (I add a half hour). Then if you're not awake to move the alarm to the next day on time, it'll add a datapoint to a goal on beeminder. Set the goal up to "Do Less" oversleeping.
