Clock movements are the core processors within wrist watches that determine minute by minute where all the hands need to be directing. Clockmakers start with clock motions (also called clock electric motors) when they are working out their initial style, as everything else pretty much hinges upon them. Over the centuries these little mechanical computers have developed into sophisticated tools with the ability of some genuinely jaw-dropping things. Most clock motions report temporal details at differing degrees of information and also according to cycles of various lengths. The cycle might be 12 hours, 1 Day, a week, or a month. The level of detail might be the min, the 2nd, and even something finer.
