How do I create an account?

Sign up for a free IFTTT account here.

 

In the IFTTT app for Apple and Android devices

  • Open the IFTTT app.
  • Create a username and password, or sign in with an exiisting Google or Facebook account.
  • Click Go and start exploring.  

 

How do I update my IFTTT username?

  • Sign in to your account settings.
  • Click on the account username field and enter the username you’d like to use.
  • Save your changes by clicking Update settings.

 

How do I update my email address?

  • Sign in to your account settings.
  • Click on the email address field and enter the email address you’d like to use.
  • Save your changes by clicking Update settings.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your email communication?

We may send you email for a few reasons, including account alerts and other important updates. You can decide exactly which email communications you want to receive.

  • Sign in to your account settings.
  • Go to Email communication.
  • Deselect the box next to the type of email you no longer wish to receive.
  • Save your changes by clicking Update settings.

 

How do I update my timezone?

  • Sign in to your account settings.
  • Under time zone, select the right one for your region.
  • Save your changes by clicking Update settings.

To change the time zone in an Applet you’ve already turned on or created, you’ll need to reconnect the Date & Time service and update it to the correct time zone.

 

How do I delete my IFTTT account?

  • We’re sorry to see you go! If there’s anything we can do to help, please let us know. If you’re sure, here’s how you deactivate your account:
  • Sign in to your account preferences.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Deactivate my account.
  • Take a moment to tell us why you’re leaving, and enter your password. 
  • Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you’re sure you want to delete your account, select Deactivate account.
