If momentary WeMo Maker is triggered, send a notification

I use this to send a notification to my Android devices (via the IF app) anytime the (momentary mode) WeMo Maker connected to my garage door opener is triggered. This is intended as an interim solution until a sensor can be wired to the Maker indicating the door is not closed.
