How this automation works
Weighing in regularly can help you lose weight, but stepping on the scale every day can feel scary. Give yourself an incentive not to avoid the scale -- make it cost you if you don't weigh in. This applet hooks up a Beeminder weight goal with a secondary Beeminder # of weigh-ins goal. Every time a new weight is added to your weight goal, a +1 is added to your weigh-ins goal. This is extra slick if you have an automatic weight goal with a Nokia or Fitbit Aria scale.

About Beeminder
Beeminder is a tool for data nerds to commit to progress towards goals. You specify any graphable goal (these Applets assume you've created one) and Beeminder plots your progress. Keep your datapoints on the right side of the Bright Red Line or Beeminder will literally charge you money.
