Peak Time Savings (PTS) - Honeywell - Part 1: Enable pre-cooling for a PTS event on my Honeywell

Update my Honeywell Thermostat to the recommended temperature to pre cool before the Peak Time Savings Event starts. We recommend lowering the setpoint at least 3 degrees (Fahrenheit) or to 68 degrees (Fahrenheit). Part 1 of 3 applets to automate your thermostat's response before, during, and after PTS Hours.
