If cell updated in Sheet, then pass cell value to Streamer.bot and execute a Streamer.bot action

This applet will watch a cell in a Google Sheet and pass it to a variable in Streamer.Bot and execute an action. This was originally designed as a way to update a stream marathon points tracker in OBS.
