Since Gmail automatically adds your email senders to google contacts, why not add them to your Newsletter?

Google Contacts icon
New contact added

This Trigger fires every time a new Google Contact is created.

Then

Mailchimp icon
Add new subscriber

This Action will add a new subscriber to the specified list.
