This uploads all images from saved posts to a Google drive folder under IFTTT/reddit/saved-images.

This Trigger fires every time you save a post on reddit.

Then

Google Drive icon
Upload file from URL

This action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Google Drive at the path you specify. NOTE: 100 MB file size limit.
