Green chicken curry
Ingredients 1 chicken cut in to 8 pieces 6 chillies green whole 1tsp ground cumin 1tsp garlic paste 1yogurt small 1 tin sterilized cream ( can use fresh) Salt to taste Coriander bunch fresh Corn oil Method Take the coriander leaves and add 3 chillies into chopper until fine paste. Leave aside. In a pan add corn oil ( or any other vegetable oil) heat firstly add whole chillies ( add a fine cut to it to prevent popping) then add cumin stir quickly. Stir in the garlic and the fine paste of coriander and chillies , then add chicken, stir. Finally add the yogurt and salt, stir. Cook till meat is tender ( note the oil should be above) and seen. Finally add some sterilized tin cream stir bring to heat , garnish with coriander leaves ,serve.
