Dropbox has instant upload which instantly uploads any picture taken on my Android to the Camera Uploads folder. This trigger moves them from Dropbox to flickr. Create a folder "Camera Uploads" (or whatever you fancy - just mention it under the subfolder name) and place it in Public folder. Now create a symlink from Camera Uploads on Dropbox to Public/Camera Uploads. Now everytime a photo gets instantly uploaded to Camera Uploads, it goes to flickr

This Trigger fires every time a photo is saved in the folder you specify. NOTE: will process up to 15 photos per polling period.

Upload public photo from URL
This Action will upload a new public photo, from a given URL to an image, to your Flickr photostream.
