This is a simple way to keep buffer full of tweets. Be advised that you will have to go into buffer a couple times a day and update or delete tweets that are conversational as they won't make sense if you send the same tweet multiple times.

This Action will add a post to Buffer. If your Buffer is full then the post will be skipped.
