Manager, Enterprise Sales

As our network of users and services continues to grow, the scale and range of value we can provide for our enterprise customers will grow to include user insights and analytics, API and data centric revenue streams and more. 

To fully realize this vision, IFTTT is now looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead our talented Account Executive team of 6 here at IFTTT. In this role, the Manager, Enterprise Sales will report directly to the head of sales and manage the day to day operations and strategy of the account executive team.

What you’ll achieve:

3 months

Achieve sales targets and help sales team members attain quotasLearn and develop an understanding of the new customer playbook at IFTTT while managing the team to existing goalsReview our current playbook and find areas for improvement / optimization for the teamTake over day to day management of team and start reviewing areas of growth 

6 months
Build, own and manage a new business sales plan for 2020 based on current targetsPartner with the existing business team to develop a process for identifying and working upsell opportunitiesProvide regular customer feedback to product and engineering teamsDevelop a long term growth plan for the account executive team at IFTTTAssist in setting sales targets and team quotas

In This Role You Will:

  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of account executives
  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and scaling the team
  • Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
  • Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships at C-level
  • Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape IFTTT’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Participate in industry events to help drive positive market awareness


  • 5+ years of sales experience in an enterprise technology environment
  • 3+ years managing, hiring, and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • A passion for coaching and growing a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Excellent enterprise sales management skills with the ability to manage complex organizations and executive relationships
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves, lead by example and maintain regular customer-facing contact
  • Experience working in a growing, scaling environment wearing many hats (startup experience a major plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
