I am Sandra W. Hildreth, Psychologist/Teacher at the University of Pennsylvania. Interested in health wellness, education, therapy, healthy lifestyle and optimism. Born in Albany, New York in 1965, graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University in 1989, earning an A.B. degree and received my Ph.D. in Psychology in 1992 from University of Pennsylvania.
