Change the light to blue when it gets too cold

This will change the WiZ light(s) of your choice to blue whenever the temperature recorded on your Netatmo Weather Station drops below a certain point. Ideal, for example, to set up a "frost warning" notification. (Only for WiZ Colors lights)
