Using your location (must have location enabled on the IFTTT app), turn off all your lights when you leave home.

This Trigger fires every time you exit an area you specify.

Then

WeMo Light Switch icon
Turn off

This Action will turn a WeMo Light Switch off. If the WeMo Switch is already off, it will remain off.
