No hablo bien Español, so... Get a standard text message (SMS) each time an article is posted to the What's New page for Spanish on jw.org. If you have never used IFTTT's text message service, IFTTT will show instructions about how to let it send you text messages. This happens when you turn on the applet. Also, after you turn on the applet, I recommend you tap the gear in the upper right and turn off the button that says 'receive a notification when this applet is run'.

Send a notification from the IFTTT app
This action will send a notification to your devices from the IFTTT app.
