Just occurred to me after noticing all the wallpapers from /r/wallpapers were horribly scaled on my phone.

This Trigger fires every time a new post becomes one of the ten hottest posts in the subreddit you specify.

Then

Android Device icon
Update device wallpaper

This Action will update the wallpaper on your Android device from the image URL you specify.
