I've been using these service to automatically send me an email every day at 9pm to remind me to send a daily update. You can quickly / easily change it to your email address and another time if you'd like an automated daily reminder to send a daily update.

This Trigger fires every single day at a specific time set by you.

This Action will send an email to up to twenty recipients from your Gmail account.
