Adds a new Etsy item post to Buffer then Bluesky (or whatever)

Adds a post to Bluesky through Buffer when a new item is listed on Etsy. Change "saganandloki" in the rss field to your Etsy shop (user)name. Personalize the text and hashtags in the Update field. Works best with both IFTTT and Buff.ly link shortening on at this time. (It'll post to wherever you want from Buffer, but I've only tested for Bluesky.)

This Trigger fires every time a new item is added to the feed you specify.

This Action will add a post to Buffer. If your Buffer is full then the post will be skipped.
