I use this to save Facebook posts for later. I think you'll like it. All you have to do is share the desired posts to "Only Me" and they'll show up in your Pocket account automatically.

This Trigger fires every time you create a new link post on Facebook.

Then

Save for later

This Action will add a new item to your Pocket queue. NOTE: If using an RSS feed Trigger, please limit the number of Pocket saves to no more than a few hundred per week
