New astronomy picture updates background

Set desktop to "backgroundimage.jpg" in the root directory of your dropbox folder. When the astronomy picture of the day is published your background will change.

This Trigger fires every time NASA posts a new Astronomy Picture of the Day.

This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Dropbox at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.
