To make this possible, IFTTT has to run ALL THE TIME. Otherwise, when you wish to sync your camera roll you just have to open IFTTT app.

This Trigger fires every time a new photo is added to your camera roll.

This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Dropbox at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.
