I am Oscar B. Bowens, Assistant Professor at Colorado State University. Interested in diet, nutrition, books, athletics, and health. Received my Ph.D. in Health from the University of Utah in 1987, as a doctoral student at the University of Utah, I became involved in research involving body fat measurements.
