Launch outgoing calls through Maker Webhooks

Initiate outgoing calls through the IFTTT Maker Webhooks service. Set value1 to the phone number (e.g. +4917098765432), set value2 to the text to be spoken. Adjust the TTS language if necessary (defaults to English).

This trigger fires every time the Maker service receives a web request to notify it of an event. For information on triggering events, go to your Maker service settings and then the listed URL (web) or tap your username (mobile)
