How this automation works
Receive an HTTP request when a Cloudflare DNS record is modified. This Applet runs whenever an existing DNS record in the Cloudflare zone you choose is modified and sends a web request to the URL you specify via Webhooks. Use it to log, audit, or trigger internal automations when DNS entries change, integrating Cloudflare with monitoring or CI/CD systems via Webhooks. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
