Washer plugged into a WeMo Smartswitch. When the washer finishes it's cycle the WeMo shows it's in standby. That's the trigger.

This Trigger fires every time your WeMo Insight Switch enters standby mode. The switch enters standby mode when the device attached to it is manually powered off or stops drawing power.

Send a notification from the IFTTT app

This action will send a notification to your devices from the IFTTT app.
