I use this recipe to shortcut the process of subscribing to new blogs I share links from. This subscribes to blogs whose links I share using Feedly.

New link post by you

This Trigger fires every time you create a new link post on Facebook.

Then

Add a new source

This action will attempt to add a new source from a feed or page URL.
