How this automation works
Send the current cash balance from Xero to your team using Gmail. When you press the Button widget the applet asks Xero for the selected account's latest closing balance and sends it in an email via Gmail. Ideal for quick balance checks or notifying finance colleagues by Gmail after deposits, transfers, or reconciliations in Xero. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
