How this automation works
Automate your smart home by triggering an Alexa routine whenever a door linked to your Abode system is opened. This Applet runs when a selected door opens and immediately activates a chosen Monkey routine in Alexa Voice Monkey. It’s perfect for welcoming home routines or safety lighting actions when entry doors open. Note: Users select their Abode door and Alexa Voice Monkey routine when enabling.
