How this automation works
Send the top Smartsheet row that matches a keyword to your Notifications widget. When you press the Button widget, the applet asks Smartsheet to search the sheet for the keyword you configure and sends the top matching row as a rich notification. Useful for quick access to tasks, issues, or row details from Smartsheet on your mobile device via Notifications. Note: Install the IFTTT app on the device(s) where you want to receive notifications.
