The Applet triggers when Oura Ring logs a sleep session and sends key details—sleep score, total duration, and lowest heart rate—via Pushover. This is useful for tracking sleep trends, sharing results with a coach, or getting timely alerts from Oura Ring to Pushover. Note: Install the IFTTT app on the device(s) where you want to receive notifications.
