Post new Facebook Pages photos with a specific hashtag on Tumblr

Use the hashtag #tumblr, or pick something else — when you turn on this Applet, new photos you upload to your FB page will become photo posts on Tumblr. The caption will come with the photo, but the hashtag will be stripped out. 🙌
