You will be able to have messages in a telegram chat automatically sent to a certain channel on discord.

New post in your channel

This trigger fires when a new message is posted in a public channel where you are an admin. The @IFTTT bot must also be an admin in the channel.

Then

Discord icon

Post a message to a channel

This action will send a message from the IFTTT Bot to the channel you specify.
