This Applet automatically saves photos sent to a Telegram channel of your choosing to a Dropbox folder.

New photo in your channel

This trigger fires when a new photo is posted in a public channel where you are an admin. The @IFTTT bot must also be an admin in the channel.

Then

Dropbox icon
Add file from URL

This Action will download a file at a given URL and add it to Dropbox at the path you specify. NOTE: 30 MB file size limit.
