Using Weather Underground to detect the sunset in your location. Yeelight will set a scene, as defined by you, in the Yeelight mobile app. Go to mobile app, create a scene, then select it here.

This Trigger fires within 15 minutes of the sunset in your location.

Then

Set scene

This Action will set your lights to a pre-defined scene.
