How this automation works
Automate web integrations by sending a Webhook request before your Acuity Scheduling appointment starts. This Applet runs when a scheduled appointment is about to begin, based on your chosen time interval. Great for syncing calendars, triggering workflows, or notifying other systems just before a meeting starts. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
