How this automation works

Stay informed and automate bedtime routines effortlessly. This Applet triggers when your Withings Sleep sensor detects that you get into bed, sending a Pushover notification and making a web request (Webhook) to your chosen endpoint. Ideal for home automation setups or personal alerts that respond to your bedtime habits. Note: This requires installation of the IFTTT app and a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
