Log each email MailerSend sends into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for an up-to-date delivery record. The Applet runs when MailerSend reports an email as sent and appends a new row to the spreadsheet with details like time, message ID, recipient, and subject. This is useful for auditing sends, building reports, or feeding Sheets-based workflows that rely on MailerSend delivery data.
