How this automation works
Receive immediate SMS alerts when a contact in Intercom is tagged. The Applet runs whenever Intercom adds a tag to a contact (optionally limited to a specific tag you choose) and sends an SMS with the tag and contact details. Useful for sales, support, or ops teams who need mobile notifications for VIPs, urgent tickets, or other tagged contacts via Intercom and SMS.

To avoid having Applets paused until the next month if you hit the limit, try the Notifications service. Some carriers outside of the US are not supported yet (learn more here).
