I use this for my direct to customer beef and chicken order forms to make sure I am notified immediately when they fill out the form.

Google Sheets icon

New row added to spreadsheet

This trigger fires when a new row is added to a spreadsheet you specify.

Then

Slack icon

Post to channel

This Action will post a message to the channel you choose in Slack.
