This Applet runs when you email trigger@applet.ifttt.com with the chosen tag in the subject and automatically submits the email's attached public audio URL to AssemblyAI for transcription. Useful for turning voicemails, interviews, or meeting recordings into searchable text using Email and AssemblyAI.
