How this automation works
Send Intercom contact profiles to Telegram. The Applet runs when a new row is added to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you choose, asks Intercom for the contact matching the email or Contact ID in that row, and posts the contact's name, email, role, and company to your Telegram chat. Great for routing new leads or support signups from Sheets into Telegram for fast team notification. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
