How this automation works
Send Polymarket market resolution details to your server using Webhooks. This Applet runs when the specified Polymarket market resolves and posts the resolution data to the Webhooks URL you provide. It's useful for logging settlements, automating downstream workflows, or notifying services when markets resolve with Polymarket and Webhooks. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
