Every day at 08:15 AM, append a set block of text to the Captain's Log.

I use this recipe to append a list of daily goals for the year to my Captain's Log, to keep them fresh in my mind. Just make sure this recipe is scheduled to run _after_ the recipe that creates your daily log. Again, make sure the note title and location exactly match your other Captain's Log recipes.

Append to note

This Action will append to a note as determined by its title and notebook. Once a note’s size reaches 2MB a new note will be created.
